Our Development Department
1. Develops and applies analytic techniques for measuring concentrations of active ingredients.
2. Establishes formulation guidelines, precautions and controls that provide for versatility
in the manufacture process.
3. Performs stability studies in a controlled Surveillance facility to establish product shelf life and expiration dating.
4. Establishes physical-chemical limitations such as temperature, time, light, mixing and atmospheric restrictions for bulk solutions and/or final precuts.
5. Establishes validation procedures for ingredi ents, methods and processes.
6. Evaluates container/closure systems to select those best suited as determined by product compatibility.
Graminex's expertise in analyzing, identifying, and measuring low concentration compounds (occurring in starting materials), is vital to raw material analysis, process development and quality control. Graminex designs particular applications for manufacturing.
